E 83 OUTLETS
The planned property is situated at the corner of the 83 main road and Juhar Street. It’s about 15 minutes from the city centre. The European Fashion Service Ltd. bought 130.000 square-metre’s area in Industrial Park district in 2004. In the first cycle a ready-made textile clothes and logistic centre, then Saham Group of Companies „SGC”+Phoenix Shabtay Ltd.,
a petrol station, a hotel and outlet centre are planned.
The E83 market and fashion outlets contain three wings and its layout similar to a shopping village where 28 shops are connected by a covered walking street. Entrances of the shops open from this street and their filling happen from here. The quadrangle is surrounded by the building complex. All shops can be seen by visitors on arrival so they can choose the shop most
desired easily. The building of E83 market and fashion Outlets is one-storied essentially and the areas of shops are from 180 square metres to 520 square metres. These shops can be designed later according to the demands of the hirers. Upstairs are the complementary functions such as: restaurants, cafés, offices and toilets for visitors. Outside of the building complex there is an open car park planted with trees. It has more than 700 parking lots.
